MODEL RELEASES
I require a model release to be signed at all of my shoots, unless I have already shot with you before. It is easier to get a model release now, then having to find you later on to get you to sign one. There is also a box on the model release for you to put your contact information, so I know where to send your images.

BOOKING
I need at least 2-3 weeks notice prior to booking a shoot. I may be backed up, and if you require a makeup artist, I need at least that amount of time to book one.

NO-SHOWS
I will not tolerate no-shows under any circumstances. Not only is it extremely rude, it is a waste of my time. I do not do this full time, and I do not have the time to waste, as well as it is just an added stress that I do not need. You will also not be considered for any future assignments. Weather, possibility of hurricanes, tornados, and rain are not excuses for studio indoor shoots. The weather is crazy here, deal with it. Not showing up due to weather, location, or not having your items ready is not an excuse and not acceptable. It is unprofessional and I will not tolerate it. Period.

Once the date of a shoot is set, I will send you a time and location, and I will expect you to be there, no excuses. It is your job to make sure you have everything ready for the shoot. If you simply can not make it or need to reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice. I do understand that life can get in the way, accidents happen, we get sick sometimes, but weather is only an excuse for outdoor shoots. This policy goes towards any person in the shoot process, whether you are a makeup artist, hairstylist, wardrobe stylist, or model.

THE SHOOT
My shoots are a relaxing, calm environment. The point is to have a good time, while making killer images in the process. I am open to many ideas, but they do need to be cleared with me beforehand. You need to treat everyone at the shoot with equal respect. You are welcome to make suggestions, but please do not be in the way of the actual shoot process.

POST-PRODUCTION
My current processing time is 4-6 weeks, depending on how backed up I am on shoots. You will usually receive one edited image within a few days of our shoot of my choice. You will also receive a link via email with all the proofs from the shoot. Go through the images, and pick out five images. Please keep it to five images, as I am quite a busy girl, and do not have the time to edit more than those to keep on schedule. As I finish edits, I will send you web versions of the edits with my watermark. Once my processing is done, I will send you a link to a file on my server where you can download your high resolution, unmarked, edits. CDs are available upon request. I do not give out my RAW files, so please do not ask.
